Whitetailhigh Taxidermy Studio is owned and operated by award winning taxidermist Shawn Logan.  Tallahassee is located in the panhandle of North Florida within easy driving distance of Pensacola, FL, Jacksonville, FL, Lake City, FL and just minutes south of Thomasville, GA and the Georgia state line. 

Shawn has won numerous awards and first place ribbons for taxidermy mounts entered at state, regional, and national competitions, and has gained Certified Taxidermist status from the National Taxidermists’ Association, which is designed to recognize those taxidermists who have won taxidermy awards for high quality standards in their work.

Shawn is a member of the Quality Deer Management Association, a lifetime member of the National Taxidermists’ Association, and a member of the Florida State Taxidermists’ Association, of which he has served as a board member and as a four-year-term president.

Whitetailhigh Taxidermy Studio provides high end taxidermy mounts and service to clients who are looking for quality, life-like representations of their trophy game.  Although we provide quality taxidermy mounts for all North American big game, our specialty is whitetail deer.
